What is considered a loaded gun?<\/p>\n
A gun is considered to be a loaded gun when there is at least one round of ammunition in the gun. However, it also depends on the scenario, your occupation, and the laws of the state or country you are in.<\/strong><\/p>\n For example, in the military, a loaded gun means that the weapon is “ready to fire”. At any point if the firearm is ready to fire, then it is considered a loaded gun. But of course, military is different than civilian life.<\/p>\n Where do you live?<\/em><\/p>\n Depending on the state you live in, if you’re in the United States, you’ll have to refer to your states laws for what you’re allowed to carry with you or what you’re allowed to have. For example, some state laws state that you’re not allowed to carry a loaded gun. You can carry a firearm if it’s unloaded, but putting a round in the chamber makes it illegal. If you’re in California, this may be the case.
