According to the survival rule of threes, food, we can only survive about 30 days without food. And how do you eat food? You must cook it. You must also cook it properly or you risk disease and illness if you eat meat that isn’t properly cooked. Especially after hunting a wild animal.

It’s become so common to pick up fast food or frozen dinners that’s all processed that it has become an epidemic. If you buy real food and cook it yourself, although it’s more work, it’s health benefits can’t be denied. Not only are you getting better quality food, you’re getting vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats that make you feel better, look younger, and improve your cognitive functionality. If we have learned anything recently, it’s that you never know when a crisis will occur. That’s why we practice readiness and that’s why we prepare.
